Dono Di Dio

Dono Di Dio is a marvelous part of Tara’s National Park. It is a unique apartment complex, embodying sports, recreational and spa facilities.

 

Zone 1 – Central function

Zone 1 “Central function” refers to the construction of the three-story central building (basement, ground and first floor/attic), with a restaurant, gym and other supporting facilities, the building dimensions being 15,00 x 15,00m. Gross floor area is 225 m².

 

 Zone 2 – Apartment & boarding houses

 Apartment & boarding houses refer to the area planned for the construction of accommodation facilities - tourist apartments in ethnic style log cabin type (type 1 and 2), with a maximum of two stories + attic, with the possibility of building a basement. The architectural appearance of the houses is in accordance with the local traditional architecture. In the processing of the external facades, the project envisages the use of the appropriate color, without using natural concrete. The entire roof structure is processed using the same material - wood shingle roof.

 

The project envisages construction of a maximum of seven log cabins of the Type 1, the building dimensions of each log cabin being 8,50 x 7,00m and a maximum of six log cabins Type 2, the building dimensions of each log cabin being 7,50 h 4,50m.

 

Gross floor area of all objects in Zone 2 is 619 m².

 

Zone 3 – Sports and recreation

Within this zone, the project envisages two sports courts (tennis court, the dimensions of which are 36.00 x 16.00 m, and a basketball court, measuring 36.00 x 16.00 m. The total area planned for the construction of the sport fields is 15 acres and 80.31 m2.

 
Buildings shall be constructed in accordance with the standards and norms for this type of facility, in compliance with the applicable environmental regulations and natural resources conservation procedures.
